Nicola Mining Secures $1 Million Investment Ahead of Planned NASDAQ Uplisting

Nicola Mining Inc. (TSXV: NIM) (FSE: HLIA) (OTCQB: HUSIF) has announced an additional $1 million strategic non-brokered private investment from Ocean Partners UK Limited, a move the company says will strengthen its balance sheet as it prepares for a planned NASDAQ uplisting in the first quarter of 2026. The investment underscores growing confidence in Nicola Mining's operations and its potential to access larger capital markets.

Under the offering, Ocean Partners has agreed to purchase up to 1,111,112 units at $0.90 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1 million. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable warrant exercisable at $1.10 per share for a period of three years. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The full details are available in the company's press release.

This strategic investment comes as Nicola Mining advances its operations in British Columbia. The company owns a 100% mill and tailings facility near Merritt, British Columbia, which is fully permitted to process both gold and silver via gravity and flotation processes. Additionally, Nicola has signed Mining and Milling Profit Share Agreements with high-grade gold projects, positioning it to capitalize on precious metals demand.

Nicola also holds a 100% interest in the New Craigmont Project, a high-grade copper property spanning 10,913 hectares along the southern end of the Guichon Batholith, adjacent to Highland Valley Copper, Canada's largest copper mine. Furthermore, the company owns the Treasure Mountain Property, which includes 30 mineral claims and a mineral lease covering over 2,200 hectares. These assets provide a strong foundation for growth as the company eyes a NASDAQ listing.

The planned uplisting to NASDAQ in the first quarter of 2026 is expected to enhance Nicola Mining's visibility and liquidity, attracting a broader base of institutional and retail investors. The additional capital from Ocean Partners will support the company's ongoing projects and general corporate purposes, ensuring a solid financial position ahead of this milestone.
