Nicolet Law Accident & Injury Lawyers hosted an interactive booth at the 2026 Minnesota State Fair, held from Aug. 27 through Labor Day, Sept. 7. The 12-day event provided the firm with an opportunity to engage with fairgoers, share information about its legal services across the Midwest, and distribute merchandise and prizes. The booth, located outside the Agriculture Horticulture Building, just off Judson Avenue, between the Veterans Garden and the Circle Adopt-A-Garden and directly across from the International Bazaar, featured a branded van and tent where visitors could spin a prize wheel for a chance to win giveaways.
The appearance underscores the firm's commitment to community involvement, guided by its "Be Kind. Do Good." philosophy. Founded in 2007 in Hudson, Wisconsin, Nicolet Law has expanded to serve injured people across Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Indiana. Events like the State Fair allow the firm to connect personally with the communities it represents. "The State Fair is one of the most exciting gatherings in Minnesota, and it was a great chance to meet our neighbors face to face," said Russell Nicolet, President of Nicolet Law. "We were not there to hand out legal advice between corn dogs. We were there to say hello, have some fun, and let people know that if the unexpected happens, they do not have to face it alone."
In addition to the main booth, the firm's Midwest Motorcycle Lawyers team had a separate presence at the Fair. Led by partner Drew Epperly, known as The Midwest's Motorcycle Lawyer, the group represents injured riders across the region and understands the motorcycle community from personal experience. The team hosted a table with its own merchandise and a bike giveaway, and served as the main sponsor of the Fair's motorcycle parking lot. "Riders look out for one another, and that is the same spirit we try to bring to our work," said Epperly. "Sponsoring the motorcycle lot and meeting riders at the Fair was a natural fit for a team that rides too."
The implications of this announcement extend beyond a simple promotional event. By actively participating in a major community gathering, Nicolet Law reinforces its brand as approachable and community-focused, distinguishing itself in the competitive legal market. The dedicated presence of the Midwest Motorcycle Lawyers team highlights a specialized focus on motorcycle safety and advocacy, which is crucial given the unique risks riders face. This targeted outreach not only builds trust within the motorcycle community but also positions the firm as a go-to resource for injured riders. Furthermore, the firm's growth to 28 offices across five states demonstrates its expanding reach and ability to handle diverse negligence cases, from car and truck crashes to wrongful death claims. The firm's "Be Kind. Do Good." philosophy is put into action through scholarships, charitable giving, and local events, creating a positive feedback loop that strengthens both its reputation and its ties to the communities it serves. As Nicolet Law looks forward to future State Fairs, its ongoing engagement will likely continue to foster goodwill and educate the public about their legal rights.
