North Atlantic Titanium Files NI 43-101 Technical Report on Everett Project, Recommends $13.65 Million Exploration Program

North Atlantic Titanium Corp. (CSE:NATO) (OTC: NATQF) (FSE:Y33) has filed an independent technical report prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 for its Everett Titanium Project in Quebec, Canada. The report, prepared by Micon International Limited, validates historical exploration data and supports the continuity of a titanium-vanadium-phosphate mineralized system within an oxide-apatite noritic gabbro of the Lac Allard magmatic suite. The filing marks a significant step for the company, providing a modern technical framework that could enhance investor confidence and guide future exploration.

The Everett Oxide Body is interpreted as a single intrusive unit extending at least 2.5 km along strike, with indications that mineralization continues to the north. Historical drilling, modern surface verification sampling, and supporting technical studies have improved confidence in the geological interpretation. No current Mineral Resource Estimate has been defined, but the Qualified Persons conclude that the geological continuity, mineralization style, and technical characteristics support continued exploration and evaluation. This validation is important because it de-risks the project and sets the stage for resource definition.

The report recommends a staged, two-phase exploration program comprising geological mapping, extensive surface sampling, geometallurgical and metallurgical testing, and up to 25,000 metres of diamond drilling, with an estimated total budget of approximately $13.65 million before taxes, including a $1.40 million contingency. Phase 1, estimated at $3.58 million or $4.12 million with contingency, would be executed in two stages: Stage 1 focuses on integrated surface exploration and geometallurgical definition at $1.14 million, followed by Stage 2 of approximately 6,000 metres of diamond drilling at $2.44 million. Subject to favourable results, Phase 2 would be initiated on a success-contingent basis, comprising additional metallurgical testing, approximately 19,000 metres of drilling, geological and resource modelling, and preparation of an initial mineral resource estimate, at an estimated $9.53 million including $0.87 million contingency.

The involvement of Micon International Limited, an independent consulting firm with over three decades of experience in the mining sector, adds credibility to the report. Micon’s expertise in geology, mining, metallurgy, and mineral economics ensures that the technical report meets rigorous standards. The Qualified Persons’ recommendations provide a clear roadmap for North Atlantic Titanium to advance the project, which could ultimately lead to a mineral resource estimate and further development.

North Atlantic Titanium is a Canadian publicly traded exploration company focused on advancing the Everett titanium deposit. It also holds a 100-per-cent interest in the Sleeping Giant South project in the Abitibi greenstone belt, approximately 75 kilometres south of Matagami, Quebec. For more information, visit the company’s website at www.natitanium.com. The original release can be viewed on www.newmediawire.com.

The filing of this technical report is important because it confirms the geological potential of the Everett Property and outlines a substantial exploration budget that could attract further investment. If the recommended program is successful, it could lead to the definition of a mineral resource, potentially positioning North Atlantic Titanium as a significant player in the titanium market.
