The Company, an advanced materials company focused on sustainable automotive and industrial compounds, is working closely with its independent registered public accounting firm to complete audit and review procedures for its SEC reporting obligations. Management believes the remaining items primarily consist of documentation requests, information reconciliation, and standard audit review procedures.
The Company has completed the acquisition and integration of manufacturing operations in Midland, Michigan, and developed the EcoBlend™ family of compounds. The Midland facility includes production, compounding, pelletizing, and laboratory capabilities supporting sustainable material solutions for automotive and industrial applications. The EcoBlend™ platform currently includes EcoBlend™ 1130 (PC/ABS), EcoBlend™ 1140 (TPO), and the EcoBlend™ 1150 Series of polypropylene-based compounds with talc-filled and fiberglass-filled formulations.
