Palladium USA celebrated the groundbreaking of Palladium Buckner Station, a $107 million mixed-income housing development in Southeast Dallas, on October 2, 2025. The ceremony, held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 400 S. Buckner Boulevard, marks a significant milestone for the area. Located adjacent to the Buckner DART Station, the project is designed to improve accessibility and foster a sense of community among residents.

Additionally, 30 three-bedroom, two-story townhomes provide affordable housing options within a vibrant neighborhood.
