The acquisition, announced on June 11, 2026, brings together two long-established roofing companies with complementary service offerings and a shared commitment to quality and local communities.
Based in Eugene, Evergreen Roofing has served Oregon with commercial and residential roofing solutions since 1989, including re-roofing, repair, and maintenance. Founded by Eugene native Curtis Large, the company has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and integrity, growing into one of the largest full-scale roofing contractors in Oregon. Under the acquisition, Evergreen will continue to operate under its own brand as part of the expanding PPR platform.
