Redcare Pharmacy Confirms Full-Year Guidance After Strong Q3 Sales Growth Across All Segments

Redcare Pharmacy N.V. today announced preliminary and unaudited third-quarter sales numbers, showing sustained positive performance in both prescription (Rx) and non-prescription (Non-Rx) segments. Total group sales increased 25.2% to EUR 719 million in Q3 2025, compared to EUR 575 million in the same period last year. Year-to-date total sales reached EUR 2.15 billion, up 27% from EUR 1.7 billion in 2024. The company reaffirmed all elements of its full-year guidance, citing strong momentum in German Rx and profitable growth.

Non-Rx sales grew 16.7% to EUR 448 million in Q3, and 18% year-to-date to EUR 1.4 billion. Rx sales in Germany surged 82.1% to EUR 126 million in Q3, and 122% year-to-date to EUR 348 million. Group Rx sales overall increased 42.3% to EUR 272 million. The number of active customers rose by 0.2 million to 13.7 million, while the net promoter score (NPS) improved significantly to well over 70, up from 64 in the first half of 2025.

CEO Olaf Heinrich commented: “We are delivering strong Q3 momentum, especially in German Rx where we grew double-digits quarter over quarter, and confirm full-year guidance. Growth remains profitable and cash generative, with a solid Q3 EBITDA, lifting our year-to-date margin already to our full-year guidance range of 2 to 2.5%.” He added that entering Q4 with accelerated Rx growth in Germany and seasonal uplift positions the company to achieve at least EUR 500 million in Rx sales for the year.

Sales by reporting segment showed robust performance. The DACH segment (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) saw total sales rise 25.2% to EUR 587 million, with Non-Rx up 13.4% to EUR 315 million and Rx up 42.3% to EUR 272 million. Year-to-date DACH sales were EUR 1.74 billion, up 26.7%. The International segment (Belgium, Italy, France, Netherlands) grew 25.4% to EUR 132 million in Q3, and 25.9% year-to-date to EUR 402 million.

The company noted that financial steering remains stable during the transition period until a new CFO is appointed. All figures are preliminary and unaudited. Redcare Pharmacy will release its full Q3 2025 interim report on 29 October 2025.
