Ron Robinson’s New Book 'Practices of Resilient Companies' Offers Strategies for Thriving Amid Uncertainty

Sylva, NC – Business advisor and author Ron Robinson will release his latest book, Practices of Resilient Companies, on March 2, published by Business Expert Press. The book draws on Robinson's personal experience of losing everything after the 9/11 attacks and his subsequent career helping companies navigate uncertainty. It aims to equip business leaders, owners, and graduate students with strategies to survive and thrive amid what Robinson calls the “certain uncertainty” of the 21st century.

Robinson identifies four predictable disruptions that organizations face and shares stories of leaders who have successfully “sprung forward” by building resilient companies. The book challenges the notion that doing the same things the same way is sustainable, offering alternatives for those seeking to break free from outdated practices. Robinson’s background includes a degree from the University of North Carolina, training in Lean Manufacturing and The Toyota Way, and extensive experience in leadership development and strategic planning. He has worked globally to turn around companies and has served businesses and nonprofits in North Carolina and Tennessee for the past six years.

Practices of Resilient Companies is available for purchase at Ron Robinson's website. For more information about the author and his work, visit ronspeaking.com.
