The Round Rock Chamber has announced the return of Round Rock Startup Day + Week, scheduled for May 5-7, 2026. The multi-day event aims to bring together entrepreneurs, founders, creatives, and business leaders from across Central Texas for a series of educational and networking activities. The week-long celebration is free and anchored by Round Rock Startup Day on Thursday, May 7, which will feature workshops, panels, and interactive sessions covering topics relevant to startups and small businesses.
Adriana Nunez, Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the Round Rock Chamber, emphasized the event's role in building momentum for entrepreneurs. "We're creating intentional spaces for founders to learn, connect and grow while showcasing the innovation happening right here in Round Rock," she said. The centerpiece event, Startup Day, will deliver a high-energy experience with sessions on topics such as "Failing Up: The Funding Edition," using memes for business growth, leveraging connections in an AI-driven world, and go-to-market readiness.
A highlight of Startup Day will be the Round Rock Startup Day Pitch Competition, where selected founders present their businesses live to a panel of judges for a chance to win funding and gain exposure. The competition underscores the talent and innovation emerging from the region. The week kicks off on Tuesday, May 5, with the Founders Forum from 8:30 to 10:00 AM. On Wednesday, May 6, 1 Million Cups Round Rock will take place from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, followed by Co-Working @ the Chamber from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
