Royalty Management Holding Corporation Reports 38% Revenue Growth and Profitable Second Quarter

Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) reported a 38% increase in second-quarter revenue and returned to profitability, driven by its environmental services operations and initial royalties from an intellectual property investment. The company generated approximately $1.83 million in revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared with $1.33 million in the year-ago period. Net income totaled approximately $375,000, versus a net loss of $50,000 in the second quarter of 2025.

For the first six months of 2026, revenue rose approximately 54% to $3.47 million from $2.25 million in the prior-year period. The growth was primarily attributed to the environmental services segment, which generated $3.42 million in first-half revenue and $216,000 in segment operating income. The company ended the quarter with total assets of approximately $16.82 million and positive working capital of $646,000.

The company also continued its quarterly common-stock dividend of $0.0025 per share, consistent with its annual dividend rate of $0.01 per share. CEO Thomas Sauve noted that the company is in the early stages of realizing the value of its portfolio, with a focus on using income from operating assets to support development of additional royalty interests across natural resources, critical minerals, environmental services, and emerging technologies.

In addition to operational growth, Royalty Management began receiving initial royalty payments from ReElement Technologies Corp., a refiner of critical minerals and rare earth elements, for intellectual property developed with the company's assistance. Sauve stated, "Our work to assist them to develop new technologies around mineral refining has started to bear fruit, as we have begun seeing initial royalties from this intellectual property paid to Royalty Management in the second quarter. We expect these revenues to only increase from here as ReElement continues to expand its operations and use of these patents."

The second-quarter net income included a non-cash gain of approximately $420,000 from the quarterly fair-value adjustment of its warrant liability, which may cause fluctuations in reported net income due to changes in the company's stock price. The environmental services business remains the principal revenue contributor, providing a foundation of revenue and operating cash generation to support portfolio expansion.
