Shelly Group Announces Terms for Dividend Payment

Shelly Group SE (Ticker: SLYG / ISIN: BG1100003166), a provider of IoT and smart building solutions based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and Munich, Germany, announced the terms of its dividend payment following the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 29, 2026. The Board of Directors has determined that the initial payment date will be July 28, 2026, with the final payment date set for July 28, 2027.

The dividend distribution will be executed through the Central Depository AD, in compliance with the Public Offering of Securities Act and Ordinance 8 dated November 12, 2003, issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC). Shareholders whose securities are held in Register A of the Central Depository (personal accounts) will receive their dividends through branches of DSK Bank AD. Those with accounts in Register B (client sub-accounts with an investment intermediary) will be paid via their respective investment intermediary, with assistance from the Central Depository.

After the dividend payment term expires, shareholders who have not received their dividends within a five-year limitation period may still claim them by submitting an explicit request to Shelly Group SE. Payment will be made in cash or by bank transfer. Any dividends that remain unclaimed after the five-year period will be credited to the company's Reserve Fund.
