SKYX to Deploy Smart Technologies in First European Hotel Renovation, Targeting Recurring Revenue

SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX) announced it will deploy its advanced smart home and AI platform technologies during the master renovation of The Grand Hotel du Parc in La Bourboule, France, a historical property formerly known as The Grand Medicis Hotel. The renovation, which is currently underway, will cover rooms, suites, bars, restaurants, lobby, ballroom, spa, gym, meeting rooms, corridors, and other hotel areas. The hotel currently has 100 rooms and suites and is expected to add 30 more rooms.

SKYX will supply thousands of units of its plug-and-play technologies, including ceiling lighting, ceiling fans, recessed lights, downlights, EXIT signs, emergency lights, indoor and outdoor lights, and wall lights. The company’s technologies are designed to reduce renovation time and cost by up to 90%, a significant advantage for hotel renovations and new builds.

The Grand Hotel du Parc is part of Group OTT, a France-based developer that has built over 250 buildings across Europe, including hotels, residential, and commercial projects valued at over $4 billion. Jean-François Ott, founder of Group OTT, expressed excitement about introducing SKYX’s technologies during the grand opening and noted plans to deploy them in additional hotels. “By integrating SKYX’s technologies into these properties, we will cut significant time and cost while advancing the lifestyle and safety standards of our hotels and buildings,” Ott said.

Rani Kohen, founder and executive chairman of SKYX Platforms, stated, “We are excited to deploy our technologies in our first European hotel collaboration in the historical hotel The Grand Hotel du Parc. We look forward to continuing to grow our hotel segment in both the U.S. and Europe, based on our advanced technologies and including the significant time and cost saving during hotel renovations and new builds.”

SKYX’s expansion into European hotels provides additional opportunities for future recurring revenues through interchangeability, upgrades, AI services, monitoring, and subscriptions. The company holds over 100 U.S. and global pending and issued patents and operates 60 lighting and home décor websites. The deployment at The Grand Hotel du Parc is expected to serve as a model for further collaborations with hotel groups and owners. For more information about SKYX, visit www.skyx.com.
