The Dr Pepper Swirl, which had a limited run last year, is a hand-spun shake made with a creamy vanilla base and swirled with ripples of Dr Pepper syrup. It puts a Smalls twist on a nostalgic soda fountain favorite. The new Dirty Dr Pepper starts with ice-cold Dr Pepper, adds real strawberry puree, and finishes with a splash of creamy vanilla for a sweet, refreshing drink.
The timing is strategic. Yelp searches for dirty soda climbed 600% year over year and hit an all-time high in May 2026, signaling a surge in consumer interest. By offering both a returning favorite and a new take on the trend, Smalls Sliders is positioning itself to capture that demand.
