Treatment options include oral medications such as baclofen, tizanidine, and diazepam, as well as targeted procedures like botulinum toxin injections (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Myobloc), phenol nerve blocks, and diagnostic nerve blocks, often guided by ultrasound or electromyography. For severe cases, intrathecal baclofen pump management is available.
