StoneX Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SNEX) announced on October 2, 2026, that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Integra Trading S.A.S., a Colombian coffee trader, exporter, and bean processor. The acquisition, made through StoneX’s Switzerland-based trading entity, will be integrated into the StoneX Supply & Trading physical commodities business. The move establishes a Colombian coffee origination and processing platform for StoneX, significantly expanding its physical coffee operations.
Integra, founded in 2015 and led by Manuel Rueda, operates a certified processing mill near Medellín in the Antioquia region. The company holds multiple internationally recognized certifications, including Organic, Rainforest Alliance, Fair Trade USA, Fair Trade International, 4C, Colombia’s Protected Geographical Indication (IGP), and U.S. FSMA compliance. These credentials support traceability and adherence to high food-safety and sustainability standards, which are increasingly important to global coffee buyers and end-market consumers.
The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive to StoneX’s earnings. By connecting Integra’s origination and milling capabilities to StoneX’s global client base, risk-management platform, and financial resources, the company aims to accelerate growth. This integration strengthens StoneX’s position in the global coffee market by expanding its direct origination and processing footprint in a key coffee-producing country, increasing access to high-quality Arabica coffees, and creating a more integrated platform from origin to end market.
Brent Grecian, CEO of StoneX Supply and Trading, commented: “Integra gives StoneX a ‘boots on the ground’ presence at origin in Colombia, a licensed exporter, an owned processing mill, and a team with deep grower relationships. It’s a natural extension of our physical coffee business, and it’s expected to contribute from day one while giving our clients a more direct, traceable, and sustainable supply chain.”
Manuel Rueda, Founder of Integra, added: “Joining StoneX gives our business the capital, platform, and global reach to grow well beyond what we could achieve on our own. We’re keeping our team and our origination model intact while gaining direct access to end-user clients around the world.”
The acquisition reflects a broader trend of financial services firms integrating physical commodity operations to capture value across the supply chain. For StoneX, a Fortune 50 company with over 5,200 employees and clients in more than 80 countries, the deal provides a direct presence in Colombia, one of the world’s leading coffee producers. It also enhances the company’s ability to offer clients a more transparent and sustainable supply chain, from farm to final market. Further information about StoneX is available at www.stonex.com. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the coming months.
