Storagely 3.0.1 Rebuild Redefines Self-Storage Website Management

Storagely, a website platform designed for self-storage operators, has announced Storagely 3.0.1, a complete rebuild of its platform and the largest release in the company's history. The announcement comes as the self-storage industry evolves, with operators facing new challenges and demanding more from their technology. Instead of adding incremental features, Storagely chose to re-architect its platform from the ground up, focusing exclusively on how operators run their businesses. The new version will be publicly showcased at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show from September 8th to 11th at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, at Booth #1233.

The rebuild addresses three core requests that operators have voiced for years, according to Austin Simmons, who became Chief Executive Officer in April 2026. "Operators have been telling us the same three things for years," Simmons said. "They want to be more hands-on, not stuck behind a support ticket. They want to launch a new location in days, not weeks. And they want each facility to be able to stand out in its own market. We stopped just adding features and decided it's time to rebuild around those pain points."

Central to the new platform is FLEX, a drag-and-drop editor that allows operators to edit any block, swap layouts, and publish new pages in minutes without developer assistance. Complementing FLEX is ATLAS, a new Location Profile Manager that consolidates all location details—such as address, hours, pricing, photos, unit types, and amenities—into a single source of truth. This replaces multiple spreadsheets and manual updates, automatically syncing changes to the website. The new ATLAS Google Profile sync further enables operators to update their website's location details directly from their Google Business profile. Together, these tools provide a faster alternative to support tickets and allow each facility to maintain its own identity rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach.

Launch velocity is another major improvement. New websites can now go live in weeks instead of months, and new locations can be brought online in days rather than weeks. This speed extends to new features as well, enabling operators to stay agile and make quick decisions. "This new era of launch velocity is what finally allows operators to move at their own pace," the company noted.

Performance has also been overhauled. Storagely rebuilt 3.0.1 from the ground up with modern architecture, resulting in faster load times on both mobile and desktop, better page speed scores, and infrastructure that scales from a single store to hundreds of locations. The platform also includes a newly imagined one-page checkout with upgrades such as a long-awaited merch shop and other upsell options.

Simmons, previously Chief Operating Officer, led the rebuild in close partnership with Founder and Executive Chairman Brian Leimone, whose technical vision continues to guide the platform. "For years I've watched Austin grow from someone I believed in, into the leader Storagely needs today," Leimone said. "3.0.1 begins a new era for the company, and he's the right person to lead it."

Storagely will demo 3.0.1 at Booth #1233 during the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show. Meetings can be booked in advance at storagely.io/schedule-a-demo. For more information, visit storagely.io.
