Talia's Steakhouse Prepares for Passover 2026 with Traditional Seders and Meals

Talia's Steakhouse & Bar on the Upper West Side of Manhattan has announced its plans for Passover 2026, continuing a tradition of over two decades. The glatt kosher restaurant, which strictly observes Jewish laws, will serve non-communal Seder meals on April 1st and 2nd, the first two nights of the holiday. These Seders include all traditional required items such as haggadahs and wine, following Ashkenazi tradition, and a fully stocked Kosher for Passover bar will be available.

Passover 2026, or Pesach, begins at sundown on April 1st and concludes on April 9th. In addition to the Seders, Talia's will offer holiday lunches and dinners, and will be open with a regular a la carte menu during Chol Hamoed, the intermediate days of the festival. The restaurant aims to accommodate groups of any size, from large parties to single diners.

Next door, Talia's fast casual sister restaurant, Shawarma Shabazi, will also be completely kosher for Passover. Following Ashkenazi tradition, the restaurant will not serve falafel, hummus, tahini, or similar items during the holiday. More information about Shawarma Shabazi can be found at https://shabazinyc.com.

Reservations for Pesach 2026 are already being accepted, and seats are filling quickly. The restaurant recommends making reservations as soon as possible. For more information and to reserve, interested parties can click here.

For over two decades, Talia's Steakhouse has positioned itself as a hip, modern kosher restaurant that welcomes a diverse clientele, including Chabad and Satmar Chasidim, Modern Orthodox, secular Jews, non-Jewish customers, and all ethnic groups. The restaurant has built a reputation for its progressive yet observant approach, with one customer noting, "You oughtta be the best, most progressive-still-frum place." Talia's offers a romantic atmosphere with dim lighting, candles, fresh roses on each table, mellow live music, and a blend of American and Middle-Eastern cuisines. In addition to holiday meals, Talia's provides prepaid Shabbat dinners every week.
