We are now building on this foundation with an additional line of business," said new CEO Martin Luttich, who joined tick-TS AG on October 1, 2025, after his career at HSBC Germany. The new consulting unit will support companies in addressing technological and process-related challenges, focusing on practical business analysis and project support along the entire value chain in the securities sector and associated regulatory requirements. The services offered go beyond supporting the company's own products to include customized project support for integrating third-party software and optimizing business processes to comply with regulatory requirements.
To start, two new colleagues with doctorates in physics and extensive experience in business analysis and complex project management at a major European bank have joined the team, bringing sound consulting expertise and deep technical understanding of the securities business, regulatory requirements, and IT.
