Tonix Pharmaceuticals to Present at January Investor Conferences Highlighting Pipeline Progress

Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: TNXP) announced that its management team will present and host investor meetings at multiple January investor conferences, including the Sachs Associates 9th Annual Neuroscience Innovation Forum and Biotech Showcase 2026, both held in San Francisco. The presentations will highlight the company's progress across its broad pipeline, which includes FDA-approved products and development candidates in central nervous system (CNS) disorders, immunology, rare disease, and infectious disease.

President and Chief Executive Officer Seth Lederman, M.D., is scheduled to deliver a company presentation and participate in a panel discussion focused on neuropsychiatric drug development at the Sachs Associates forum on January 12, 2026. He will also present at Biotech Showcase 2026 on January 13, 2026. A replay of the presentation will be made available on the company's website following the event. These conferences provide a platform for Tonix to engage with the investment community and discuss its strategic initiatives, including the recent FDA approval of TONMYA (TNX-102 SL) for fibromyalgia, the first new prescription medicine for this condition in over 15 years.

Tonix markets FDA-approved TONMYA, a first-in-class, non-opioid analgesic for fibromyalgia, as well as Zembrace SymTouch and Tosymra for acute migraine in adults. The company's development pipeline includes TNX-102 SL for acute stress reaction and acute stress disorder under an Investigator-Initiated IND at the University of North Carolina, funded by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), and for major depressive disorder. In immunology, TNX-1500, a Phase 2-ready Fc-modified humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD40-ligand, is being developed for prevention of allograft rejection and treatment of autoimmune diseases.

In the rare disease portfolio, TNX-2900 (intranasal oxytocin potentiated with magnesium) is in development for Prader-Willi syndrome, with a potential pivotal Phase 2 study expected to start in 2026. The infectious disease portfolio includes TNX-801, a vaccine for mpox and smallpox; TNX-4800, a Phase 2-ready long-acting humanized monoclonal antibody for seasonal prevention of Lyme disease; and TNX-4200, a broad-spectrum antiviral agent targeting CD45 under a contract with the U.S. DoD's Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) for up to $34 million over five years. Tonix owns and operates an infectious disease research facility in Frederick, Md.

The company's participation at these conferences underscores its commitment to advancing therapies for unmet medical needs and provides investors with insights into its near-term catalysts and long-term strategy. For more information, visit the company's newsroom at https://ibn.fm/TNXP.
