Tri-Cities Agent Cari McGee Ranked 43rd in Washington State by WSJ/RealTrends

Cari McGee, a real estate agent based in the Tri-Cities area of Washington, has been ranked 43rd in the state and among the top 1.5% of agents nationwide in the 2026 WSJ/RealTrends Verified agent rankings. The rankings, based on verified 2025 sales volume and transaction count, recognized McGee for closing 52 sales totaling $26.3 million in sales volume.

McGee’s 52 transactions placed her as the 43rd most successful agent in Washington by sales count and the third individual agent in the Tri-Cities. Her sales volume of $26.34 million ranked third in the Tri-Cities among individual agents and 163rd in the state. These achievements are particularly notable given that Tri-Cities home prices are among the lowest in any major metro area in Washington.

“It’s amazing to think that only a few dozen agents sold more homes than me in the entire state of Washington last year,” McGee said. “Thank you to everyone who put their trust in me and hired me, or referred me to others who hired me. I am so, so grateful.”

Clients often praise McGee for her hands-on approach, responsiveness, and personal attention. As the only active licensed agent on the Cari McGee Real Estate Team, she works directly with all clients. Her client care extends beyond the sale through a unique rewards program offering perks from local and national businesses.

The RealTrends recognition follows other recent awards. At a RE/MAX Northwest awards ceremony in Kennewick, McGee was named the 10th individual RE/MAX agent in Washington, third individual agent at RE/MAX Northwest (out of over 200 agents across 11 offices in Washington and Oregon), and the number one RE/MAX agent in the state for contributions to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. She also achieved the 2025 RE/MAX Chairman’s Club designation.

McGee has sold more than 650 homes since 2004. Her listings spent a median of just 10 days on market in 2025, significantly faster than the market median of 28 days. She has over 270 five-star reviews and is a two-time Tri-Cities Best Real Estate Team winner (bronze). In 2025, BUILD magazine named her the Most Trusted Realtor® in Tri-Cities, Washington. Her business emphasizes efficient systems with personal guidance, and she offers a client recognition program called Rockstar Rewards with exclusive benefits from local and national businesses. The WSJ/RealTrends rankings underscore McGee's ability to achieve high transaction counts and volume in a market with lower home prices, demonstrating her effectiveness as a real estate professional.
