This unified AI-powered system seamlessly synchronizes smart e-bikes, smart rings, and intelligent safety devices, including the new Urtopia Carbon Smart Helmet 1, to create a new category of connected mobility.
At the heart of Urtopia's showcase is a live demonstration of how real-time riding, health, and safety data merge into a single AI-driven experience. By combining Urtopia Smart E-Bikes, the Aivela Smart Ring Pro, and the Urtopia Carbon Smart Helmet 1, the ecosystem enables devices to understand the rider more deeply than ever before — enhancing exercise, optimizing recovery, improving safety, and elevating daily interaction and social engagement.

The Urtopia demo highlights seamless data flow across three interconnected devices. Urtopia Smart E-Bikes feature AI-powered riding with intelligent control, analyzing cadence, torque, slope, distance, and effort to optimize performance in real time. The Aivela Smart Ring Pro is the world's first smart ring to combine eight intuitive touch commands and six air gestures with health tracking, enabling effortless control of the riding experience while providing continuous health and recovery insights. The Urtopia Carbon Smart Helmet 1 is a premium carbon-fiber smart helmet with integrated voice control, fall detection, smart lighting, and multi-person mesh intercom — engineered for both cycling and skiing.
Through AI analysis of all sensor inputs, the ecosystem provides personalized recommendations, real-time adaptation, and a unified digital health profile that follows the rider through every part of their day.
Although the IoT ecosystem is the centerpiece, Urtopia also introduces several engineering milestones. The Urtopia Quark DM 1.2 is the world's lightest and most torque-dense e-bike motor, weighing less than 2.6 lbs (1.2 kg) with up to 65 Nm torque output, a self-developed high-precision torque sensor, dynamic magnetic encoder with ultra-high sensitivity, and a high-performance hollow crankset compatible across bicycle platforms. This motor represents Urtopia's ongoing commitment to creating lighter, more powerful electric mobility systems.
The Urtopia Titanium Zero redefines lightweight performance with an integrated Quark DM 1.2 motor, a 3D-printed titanium alloy frame for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, advanced solid-state battery technology (300 Wh/kg energy density), and a final bike weight of just 22 lbs (10 kg) including carbon wheels, carbon fork, and titanium seatpost. It is compatible with SRAM 12-speed electronic shifting, setting a new benchmark for high-performance, ultralight e-bikes.
Finally, the Urtopia Carbon Helmet 1 is a category-defining smart helmet built with aerospace-grade carbon fiber, delivering multi-person mesh intercom, smart adaptive lighting, fall detection, Bluetooth audio, and a built-in AI Coach with no subscription required. It is available in cycling and skiing editions.
